I apologize your segment didn't pull a list of contacts. I have taken a look at your account and was able to replicate this same experience with the specific details you selected. Complex filter combinations can pull up a segment of zero contacts. We always suggest working with a large number of contacts, and keeping your filters simple to avoid this. You can always edit criteria or remove it from your segment search all together. In fact when I updated your sent contact activity to your most recent campaign along with separating the two city contact details a list of segments do show. You can see these segments in your account labeled as Support Test.
