Although I was unable to replicate this same experience, we do want to make sure you're assisted. Are you receiving any error messages? Is this happening when working in a different browser or a private/incognito window? We have seen cases where there may be problematic coding from copying and reusing a Legacy Email campaign over a long period of time. In these cases we suggest creating a brand new email campaign. Are you seeing this same freezing in our updated editor?
