Threatened By an Unsubscriber

This individual says he has tried to opt out of our emails 5 times and is threatening us with violence. Because our address is in the bottom of the email, this is extremely worrisome. Please see below:

There's no unsubscriptions (or subsequent resubscriptions) showing for the contact besides the one that just occurred. They are showing as unsubscribed by contact for your account. The only way their listed email address can be resubscribed at this point would be to explicitly sign up again. If you wish to add an additional layer of subscription confirmation, you can turn on confirm opt-in for your account.

Regarding their threats, this is something you should report to the proper authorities.
