Title for email campaign

I can’t get the title of Dr. or Mrs. to pull to my email campaign. What am I doing wrong? Only the last name pulls. Thank you.

Hello @JennKap ,

Greeting tags are only going to pull First Names or Last Name fields, they won't be pulling titles. If you're wanting to include titles, I'd advise doing two Insert Contact Details, one for the Title field, and one for the Last Name field.
