To create a new campaign not giving any access

I just faced this issue because Not able to get to the templates.

So sorry to hear you're not able to create your campaign! I have taken a look at your account and was unable to replicate this same experience. What is happening when you try accessing our campaign templates? Are you receiving a blank page or any error messages? Is this happening in more than one browser? Where exactly are you looking to access your campaign? The option to access campaign templates is through the Create button on the Home or Campaigns tab in your account.
