I still cannot get any help. I keep try calling and get nothing. I work out of Indonesia so not sure if that is a problem. I have been with CC for many years now. Many of the support links don't seem to work for me. Can you please send me an email address so that i can start talking to someone. It's so hard just making contact with anyone there. Thank you
