Too many old user and adding/changing an account owner

1. I would like to get rid of former users that are long gone from our organization. Why can't we do that? 2. We have brought in a new Executive Director. I want to make him an account co-owner and we are going to replace my debit card with his. How do we do that?

The account owner is the only one that can update an account's payment method and manage account users (managers and campaign creators). You'll need to login using the account owner credentials to update all that info.


If you need further assistance, you'll need to call our general support so they can confirm security permissions, and assist with the account updates.
