Tool bars; page refreshing all the time

The little popup tool bars disappear to easily and are hard to navigate to the tool you are wanting. Please make them stay up longer. Also, what's with my page refreshing and kicking me out of edit mode all the time? Thankfully I haven't lost much so far, but it's frustrating and slows me down. Love live chat though, it has been super helpful!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! So sorry for this experience you're having with working in your account. Are you receiving any error messages when you have to refresh? I would suggest trying in a different browser or a private/incognito window. This will help to see if this is happening in your account or just the browser you're working in.
