Trial adding new lists

I am adding a second new list. These are only people who I have an ongoing email relationship with. I do not see how to save the contacts. I've lost list 2 times. Thankfully I didn't enter my full list.

I do see that your account is currently a Trial which gives you the ability to create campaigns and send them to up to 100 unique contacts. Just let us know if you need any further assistance!
