Trouble with maintaining

I am having a continual problem logging in and maintaining onnectivity.  When i check my internet connection it indicates that the connectivity issues are at your end.  I am not even sure this email will go through!  


The only time it appear i can easily use the service is after hours.

Hello @ChristChurchAnglicanParish. I'm so sorry that you're experiencing issues with your connectivity. I do have a few suggestions that can help resolve this issue:


  1. Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes there can be updates to a browser or a third-party plugin that can cause connectivity issues when using Constant Contact. If you are able to work more successfully in a different browser, please see this FAQ that has more information about disabling third-party plugins. You can also try using a private or incognito window.
  2. Constant Contact works best with an upload and download speed of at least 2 mbp/s. I suggest running a speedtest to test your internet speed.
