Trouble with my card

I signed up to test the free trial, but have been charged 

Because of the misleading expectation, I do not wish to try this anymore. Please reverse the charged amount ASAP.

I apologize for any confusion there may be with the billing on your account. For your account security we cannot go into your billing details here in the Community. Instead please call in to our Billing Department directly. One of these support members can help look into your account and find the answers you'd need!
