Please keep in mind that support@ isn't a monitored address. We have specific email addresses for specific teams used for narrow purposes.
You can update your preheader when building your email. The preheader isn't available for editing on the scheduling page or on the mobile app.
To update your sending address, you can select from your verified addresses in that same header area when building your email. You can also select a different verified address on the scheduling page or in the mobile app when scheduling.
Please note the unsubscribe and update profile links in the footer won't work for previews or forwards. If your "visit our website" links aren't working, check them in the editor / preview to confirm you've inserted them properly. If your device or email program won't open them, you may need to confirm that our domains are safelisted in your network / security systems.
