Be a little bit helpful to your customers. Some of us are not young techies.

I tried to post to Facebook and received your feedback "We could not load this data."  No explanation or information of any kind.  It's a great idea, but why waste my time on this?

Hi @TomP183. Thank you for letting us know about this error. I'd like to make sure that your message is still being posted. If you're still seeing this error or the post isn't being shared, you can disconnect and reconnect your Facebook account. This will create a new connection and hopefully remove any issues that may be preventing the posting tool from working properly.
