Trying to Phone Customer Support

I am trying to reach customer service or billing, but the VA is not recognizing the phone number on our account.

Hello @StAlbertSturgeonHospiceAssn ,

 

You should be able to just request an agent to force your way through, even if you don't have an associated number with your account, or one the virtual assistant recognizes.
