Trying to cancel my account!!!

You simply cannot do this to people! That we have to call in order to stop paying our subscription! This is totally absurd and I wonder how prople haven't sued you yet! I am located in Greece and not willing to pay for a 30' long call to the US or whatever to cancel my account. You better tell me there is a simpler way or else I will have to proceed with a lawyer!

We have submitted a case to our Billing department to process the cancellation. This request can take up to 24 business hours to process. It is possible that Billing might need to reach out to you to review the request so we ask you confirm that your contact information is correct in your account.
