Your website gives me no 24 hour day contact customer support and no easy way to suspend or downgrade my account. I am no longer operating this business in the US and don't want to have to keep paying this monthly fee - I don't see anywhere that you offer help in this way that is seamless and that seems rather intentional.
We can submit a billing ticket on your behalf. Based on your wording, I'm not sure whether you want to suspend or cancel. Here's the article, in case you need another rundown of the difference between suspending and cancelling.
