Trying to send test email

Hi! I'm trying to send test emails but they are not coming through. Could you please help?

Is anything coming in though spam or junk to the email address? If you are using gmail, it may have also gone to the Promotions tab.

 

I did send a test to myself of the most recent draft campaign and it did come through to my primary inbox. If you are still not seeing the email I would recommend contacting our support team for real time troubleshooting.
