Is anything coming in though spam or junk to the email address? If you are using gmail, it may have also gone to the Promotions tab.
I did send a test to myself of the most recent draft campaign and it did come through to my primary inbox. If you are still not seeing the email I would recommend contacting our support team for real time troubleshooting.
