Trying to set up an account

I tried to sign up for email plus, expecting to get the 50% promotion.   

 

First, my business Card was rejected. So I used my wife's person card, although in the long run I need to pay through  my business card for tax reasons.  It looked like the personal card worked, but when I checked my online bank statement, I did not see the amount debited, although I did see 2  debits.  

 

In the meantime, I have been able lot in and have been working on creating my first email broadcast, but apparently I on a 60 free try-out.

Hello @StevenK075 ,

 

It looks like your account is fully paid and active now. Regarding the promotion, at this point I'd recommend calling our Billing team. They'll be able to securely confirm your account info, and can assist in finding the applicable promotion.
