I can't seems to get the SmartUnSubscribe to do anything but a All or Nothing... Is there a video I can watch to see if I am doing something wrong??
Are you trying to allow customers from unsubscribing from a particular list and not your complete account? If so I would suggest customizing the update profile form in your account. Doing this allows you to select the email lists you want contacts to be able to choose between and unsubscribe from rather than all of your contact lists.
