I'm trying to pay by echeck, I enter my routing # and account #. Nothing happens when I click ok.

I do not see "confirm" at the bottom. I have tried in both Chrome and Firefox.

Do you see where it says "confirm bank account number"? (You may need to scroll to see this).
I entered info into all of the fields. When I click ok, nothing happens.

Thank you for all of that information. AT this time, you may have to use a different payment method or reach out to our Billing Department to discuss this further and see if your account is available to take E-Check payments. Thank you!
