Turn off sign in for still shows up after disabling

I made my newsletter sign up form not active but it’s still showing up on web site. How do I fix that?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! You will want to reach out to your web designer to see how to remove the HTML code to the sign-up form from your website in order for it to not show anymore. Thanks!
