Hello, I'm curious as to why our twitter post has an error with no other explanation to be able to rectify the problem?

Hello @JaydiO ,

Unfortunately sometimes the social platforms don't always provide a reason they wouldn't accept the post. It may be an issue of busy servers, wording, account privacy / security settings, or something else. If clicking the Retry button available in the post's reporting page doesn't work, you can also try recreating the post to see if the platform will accept that.

If you run into continuous issues trying to post to a single social media page, it'd be worth checking that page's privacy and security settings to make sure there isn't anything that'd prevent 3rd party posting. Even if you've granted us permission when adding the page to your CTCT account, some settings or other aspects of the platform may cause issues. It looks like you have been able to successfully post to your Twitter page since that one error, so ideally you shouldn't be running into any further issues. If you do, please reach out here or call in so we can investigate further.
