Hello @Health_Federation ,

Sometimes there's a communication hiccup when generating the initial preview of a tweet and it actually going through. The only workaround at this time is to delete the image when creating the post, and then manually insert a new one or the same one that was the default. If and when there's an update to this sporadic glitch the engineers will notify you directly.
