Hello @BCTSAS ,
Does recreating the tweet and trying to post the new one work, or reducing the number of characters - even if you're already within the limit? Beyond that, it may be that there's too much traffic coming into Twitter resulting in certain 3rd party API restrictions, and it'll just be a matter of trying to post at a later time.
Hello @DebbieK5 ,
I'm not sure why chat support said "issue on our end," as it's an issue stemming from Twitter's restrictions on 3rd party APIs and individual user accounts. I usually post once a day to social media from my business accounts, via Constant Contact. The social posting tool is very convenient and I've been happy with it for as long as we've been using it. Recently, I've started getting a "User is over daily status update limit" error and my posts won't go through to Twitter. Facebook and Instagram seem to have no issues. Once in a while wouldn't be a big deal, but this problem seems to be persisting and happens almost every day now. When I go to my accounts page it says Twitter is synced and there are no issues. Is there something I can do to fix this?
