UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

I did not authorize the $10 charge on 4/22/20 & 5/22/20. I did not authorize the $7.90 charge on 6/15. I canceled my account n March, was supposed to receive a refund, and did not reactivate my account until June with the $45. I am owed a total of $82.90 and if you do not refund it to my account within 24 hours, I will file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the charges with American Express.

It appears you already called in and discussed the situation with Billing. As soon as they have any further updates regarding this situation, they will reach out to you directly via email.
