I have upgraded my account to email plus but I still am receiving messages to upgrade my account to set up, my automation? how do I get around this may assist, please?
International customers are typically unable to create automated series for the first 30 days as an anti-spam measure, particularly with the first month free trial. If you would like to have automation unlocked, just let us know and we'll get a request sent to our Compliance team.
Thank you Mary but there was no mention of that when I made the payment. Anyway please I would like for my automation services to be unlocked. It is no longer a free month when I have paid for the upgrade. Please assist with the compliance team request. It would be much appreciated.

I have reached out to the Compliance team and they will have the automation services turned on in your account within a couple of hours. The compliance team will send an email to you to notify you as well.
