URGENT!!! Text-to-Join Help

HELP!!! My text-to-join is no longer working.  When I text our keyword to the number I receive an error that says "Email address we received was invalid. Please resent a valid email address".  Problem is that I never sent an email address.  I just did step 1 - text my keyword to the number.  I have an event today and need to get this resolved asap.  PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm so sorry to hear this has happened! Though our Twitter Support was able to assist with this, I wanted to share our response here in the Community as well. Sometimes the Text To Join stores this error message you have received. The workaround we suggested is replying STOP to end the short message, deleting the message stream and trying again. I'm glad this workaround has helped. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with in the meantime.
