USING A CAMPAIGN FOR THE FIRST TIME IS CONFUSING! WISH YOU OFFERED CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON THE WEEKEND.

CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO SEND CAMPAIGN TO OUR GENERAL LIST. I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVES IT

I apologize that we do not currently offer weekend support and that sending a campaign was confusing. We are happy to help out! I was looking in your account and noticed a recent Newsletter campaign was sent to the general interest list.

 

To better assist you, we just need a little more information. Would you be able to email us at Social_Support(at)ConstantContact(dot)com with the name of the campaign you are looking send and the type of campaign (event, email),with referfence to this post?
