Unable to Reassign "Account Owner"

The individual listed as "Account Owner" for our company's instance is no longer with the company, gone for about a year, and unreachable. I am an "Account Manager," the only other person registered for our company. Can I - how can I - delete the former employee and assign myself as Account Owner?

Hello @CynC7 ,

 

If you're unable to login using the owner credentials and MFA, you'll need to call our general support so they can setup an account ownership transfer case for the manager.
