Unable to Save

I am working on a newsletter and am able to save the Email details but not the actual email. I get a red exclamation point and "Unable to Save" when I press save or continue.  My Internet connection is good and I can browse fine with other tabs.

Does refreshing the page, or logging out and back in, alleviate the issue at all?
