I spoke to someone in web services yesterday. We are trying to set up Google Your Business. I started with CS and we got to the last screen where you enter you website and it kept saying there was an error. John transferred me to webservices. It appears I used the wrong zip code, so they updated that. I had put the church's phone number in (step 7?) and it wanted to text that number with a code. That is a landline, so texts won't work. I wanted to put in my cell number, but it won't let me go back to that screen. We tried this before and chose the option to mail a code (again, had to keep watching for it at church). When we put the code in, it wanted to charge us. Your materials say it is a free service. We ended the call after she told me I had to sign-on at church and request/waitt for a call back. Not helpful at all.

Hello @SueW619,

I do apologize for the experience you have had! It sounds like you will have to wait for that callback as the Website team will be of more assistance with this as they are trained on the website part of Constant Contact. If you are trying to receive that code when logging into your account, that will actually be a call for our Support Team for security reasons. Thanks!

I happened to be at church and answered a call that may have been the one you are talking about. I had to press one. I'm not sure I see any difference when I search for our church using Google though.
