Unable to change logo on abandoned cart shopify integration

When I visit my Shopify integrations, click the abandon cart email integration and then try and create a new email response clicking on the "Logo" button and clicking "change logo" just pops up a blank white screen. 

 

When viewing the network tab in developer tools in chrome it looks like the .js file is missing from constant contact https://dme0ih8comzn4.cloudfront.net/imaging/v3/editor.js ($04 Error)

 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello @JohnM91392 ,

 

It looks like you're running into a very recent glitch we've seen come up in Chrome. I was able to get the library window to populate properly in FireFox, so I'd recommend using that in the meantime to update your logo, otherwise Chrome should be fine for every other aspect. I didn't test any other browsers though, so you could potentially use a different one for the workaround if desired. If you had the issue come up in a browser other than Chrome, please let us know so we can update the issue report and your case.

 

I've submitted your case to the engineers for further review, so when there's an update to the issue they'll notify you directly via email.
