I apologize you are getting this error message! I can understand how important it is to have the best contact information connected to your account. I can see you were able to verify a new email address. Are you still seeing this error when trying to update your user email? Have you tried making this update through a different browser or a private/incognito window? There's always the chance there may be 3rd party add-ons that could affect how Constant Contact works.
