Unable to connect with List Review Support

Hi, Got an e-mail to call a list review specialist asap but I am unable to get anybody on the line and am paying international phone rate while waiting and waiting... I live in Portugal by the way.

I am upset since I wish to solve this and explain my list with proof so I can do business and Constant Contact does not allow me to reach out (or give the option to ask for a phone number and you make that call anytime of the day).

Please help!!!!! call me SINCE I AM UNABLE TO CALL YOU AS ASKED!!! (my number on my account file)
