Hi @PaulineL0 I apologize you're unable to copy email campaigns as easily as you should! Are you trying to copy your previous email under the Campaigns tab of your account? What exactly are you experiencing? Any error messages? Also, what browser are you working in? If you have not yet tested your browser I would suggest trying in a different browser/private incognito window.
