Hello @DianeL210 ,

When I looked in your account the email address you mentioned was nowhere within, and only one other contact even had that domain. the email address didn't appear in any of your latest emails' send reports either. That email is also not associated with your account as a verified user or login, so I'm not entirely sure what you're needing deleted since it already doesn't exist within your account in any capacity.

We are having the same issue. We receive email bounce messages from emails that are no longer on our list. I also receive requests from our constituents to remove a certain address, which we have deleted, but they still receive emails from us. How can we permanently delete the emails?

Hello @gratzcollege ,

If the address they want removed is not in your account, then we wouldn't be able to send anything you schedule to them. It'd be best to have them check their own system, to ensure they're not being auto-forwarded the email from other sources, or that they're not part of a distribution list.

Address not found

This is one of the messages we receive. This email is not in our system.

Your message wasn't delivered to j.......@de....com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

The response from the remote server was:

550 5.1.1 User Unknown

This address has been deleted from our account but it keeps bouncing.

Are you receiving an actual bounce report in the email's reporting page for the address in question? If not, then we are not the ones sending them the email. It's either being auto-forwarded from another recipient, or it's being auto-forwarded as part of a distribution list they're on that you (or someone else) is sending to.
