After the account is deactivated, I am unable to download the invoice for which the amount has been debited from my Card
I apologize you're unable to download your invoices as easily as you should! What are you experiencing when you try to download it? I took a look at your account and was unable to replicate this same experience. Though your account is canceled, I was able to access your invoices. We have also sent a copy of your invoice to the billing contact address on file. Were you able to receive this email?
Hi, the problem still persists. When I login, it is only showing an option of Reactivite. On clicking on My Account on the right top, it takes me to Plans & Pricing, where there is no billing history for access & download. Could you please share the invoice at *address removed by admin* thanks !
I talked to our billing team, and they were able to get all recent activity sent to the address you provided. I did also remove that address from the forums. In general, sharing addresses associated with your billing teams is generally a bad idea on a public forum, as that can be mined by bots and used in phishing emails against you in the future. I'm not sure why the settings were not showing correctly for you, but you should have the email by now.
