No idea why they make it impossible to adjust the send date on an email that is scheduled but has not been sent. The only way to do it is to copy and then delete?????

Hi @StevenS0391
Thanks for asking how to edit a scheduled email. First you want to unschedule it. I'm going to show you the way that you can unschedule a scheduled email. That is the only way to edit it. Then once you are done making your changes you will have to reschedule it.
And that's it! Hope that helps!

Is this not an option in the lowest level tier of service?
I made a campaign in the CC app. I went online to edit it, and did remove it from being scheduled.
I still can't edit the copy, only the template.
Hey @StephanieH1148 In order to make edits to a scheduled email, the email does have to be unscheduled first. This allows you to make your changes before sending and then the edited email can be rescheduled to send out. What I also want to mention is that when an email has been created on either the mobile app or desktop, it can only be edited on the platform that it was created on.
Is there a solution for this one... we sent our campaign and have it set to resend in seven days. We discovered an error we'd like to correct before it resends next week. Is this possible?
Thanks so much,
Gail
Hello @BenchmarkCom we can definitely help you out with this!
First, you'll want to start off by canceling the automatic resend of this email to your non-openers before the resend date! This will prevent the email with the error from sending out again to your contacts.
Next, you're going to now set up a manual resend to contacts who have not opened the original email. Once you have followed the steps listed in that resource, the next step is to copy your original email. Since resending the exact same email to contacts who weren't interested enough to open it the first time can cause spam complaints, make sure you take the opportunity to change things up! Improve your subject line and update your content to make it as gripping as possible before you schedule it for delivery to the new list.
Please reach out if you have any additional questions on this process, it can be a bit tricky sometimes but we are always here to help!
