Both last night - all night - and now throughout this morning, NOTHING will load from the website. Clicking on any template from the "Create" selections results in perpetual "Loading" icon animation. Attempting to "Copy" existing campaign in my file — same unending "Loading" icon. Is this a system-wide problem? How long before access will be re-established? Is there any HELP anywhere on Sundays?

I tried different browsers to no avail at the time the technical problem was occurring. Your reply was posted after the apparent technical problem was corrected by CtCt, sometime during daytime hours on May 24th. Perhaps there were no other users trying to produce their electronic newsletters between the hours of midnight and 7am, to take note of the problem and make another report.

While we’re happy to hear you’re able to work in your account again, as mentioned previously in this thread we did not receive reports of site wide issues on May 24th. However if you come across this experience again please don’t hesitate to respond to this post as we would be happy to assist you further. In these cases we also would recommend trying your account in an incognito or private window.
me too I'm trying to open my account to create a new campaign and on different browsers have the same page with "unable to load campaigns"

Does reloading the screen (ctrl+R or cmd+R) resolve the issue? Is this issue occurring in different browsers, or does clearing the browser's cache (just the cached images and files) resolve the issue? Additionally, if you're using Chrome, you could try checking in the extensions for something called "Cisco Webex Extension" and seeing if disabling that lets you through.
Thank you, William, but I tried reloading the screen and use the different browsers and clearing the browser's cache and I'm checked the chrome extensions and I didn't use "Cisco Webex Extension" all of this didn't resolve the issue
I still have the issue and can't create any new campaigns and the account open one page "Unable to load campaigns"

Thank you for the follow up information. It does look like you were able to get an email sent today. Did any new messaging show up, or did you do anything different?
One thing that may help is that if for whatever reason the main page isn't loading, you can try going to https://campaign-ui.constantcontact.com/campaign/campaigns/list as a way to go directly to your My Campaigns screen (assuming you're already logged in).
