Unable to process outstanding account

I have tried to update my account details without success. It is causing severe frustration. I have also tried to call the help line in Australia which is unmanned during my work day. Your chat line is also not available at this time. I have emailed and had the email returned to say your help email is not manned. I need to send out a direct mail but can not as there seems to be an error in processing my updated credit card.

At this time, email support isn't offered. Various support teams have different email addresses used for specific case handling.

 

With that said, are you getting any specific error messages when trying to update your billing info? Are you able to update your billing info while in Private/Incognito browsing, or through a different browser?
