Unable to remove verified email from Account emails

I am trying to remove from my account and the three grey dots to the right of this email will not open a menu to delete it.

Hello @tracyD329 ,

 

If the email is being used as the main account email or account billing email, then it won't be able to be unverified yet. This is indicated by the C (contact) and B (billing) next to a verified address. Once replaced by another verified address, you can remove it.
