Unable to save campaign (try modifying message settings first)

I'm editing a campaign and for some reason it says 'Unable to save campaign (try modifying message settings first).'

 

Help!

Hello @CBICC1 ,

 

To better assist and troubleshoot, I have a few questions:

  • Is the issue occurring in the editor or on the scheduling page?
  • Does simply refreshing the page alleviate the issue?
  • Is the issue occurring on other browsers, devices, or networks you have access to?
  • Does the issue occur in Incognito/Private browsing?
  • Does temporarily disabling any browser extensions, VPNs, ad/pop-up blockers, or other security software alleviate the issue?
