Unable to save directory listing

I'm having an issue where all of the "required fields" are filled out in the Agency Listing, but still unable to publish the info. Getting message "There are required fields to fill before you can submit a listing." and required fields filled out are all highlighted in red

can you elaborate at all on what you're referring to? Are you trying to upload a contacts file? Are you filling out a sign up form?
