Unable to schedule at this time contact support for assistance

I have sent several campaigns before with no issues.  I paid my invoice . I have removed the opt outs after campaigns. I am new to using CC.  So when I loaded my last two  samples (lists) there were a couple of people who had opted out between my cleaning my list and the new uploads.  Upon notification of the opt outs from a previous campaign I promptly removed those emails.


I have deadlines that need to be met and need to get the emails out.  I cannot find any reason why I cannot schedule at this time.  Any advice as to why I could have been shut down?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look at your account and you need to complete a List Review. This is a normal 15-minute call that most customers do need to complete in order to start sending emails. Please give them a call here. Thanks!
