Unable to schedule campaign. Please try again later

Have a campaign with contacts on a specific list. Added new contacts to the same list.

 

I choose "resend campaign" with "send to new contacts" selected.

 

I choose the original list (that has the new entries added). "Send early results" is deselected.

 

I get the subject error message "Unable to schedule campaign. Please try again later"

 

If I copy the campaign, I can send to the entire original list. But this isn't what I want to do - I only want to send it to new entries on the list, without creating an entirely new list.

Hello @MeganGuer352 ,

 

I'd recommend calling in so we can work with you live to ensure our troubleshooting testing is only being applied to the correct email and list(s). In the event we can get it to go through on our end without issue, great. If not, we can still be collecting that data, and testing without the risk of scheduling the wrong email or resending to the wrong lists.

For those who stumble upon the same issue - before hitting "Send now", hit the "Save" button right next to it. Works fine after.
