We are using Constant contact for bulk email from past 3 years and we are extremely happy with your service.
But from past few months we cant see analytics from twitter handle, it is not fixed from past 2-3 months, wanted to know what's the status and what is causing the problem.
Secondly We scheduled a LinkedIn post yesterday which is not delivered, shows there is a Error posting that, details are not provided. We should know why that error is and for what reason our post is undelivered.

I'm checking your social posts, and I'm not seeing any errors for LinkedIn. In fact, I'm seeing reporting info gathered for the dozen posts' reporting I checked. Regarding the Twitter posts with no reporting, I checked the posts themselves, and wasn't seeing any engagement on the actual Twitter site either. As it stands, the social reporting for your connected profiles is working as expected, and providing accurate reporting information.
