Unable to sign up using the Event registration form

Hello,

I have recently created my first Event with CC.  Partecipants were able to use the registration form, except in a few cases. In those cases, the registration form appears in black and white, and nothing happens after filling the information and clicking "register" .

I have read on this forum about the past issues with Safari browser but it is not the case here. What else could be the reasons?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Regards

Hello @user484905,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that your customers are having this experience. Usually reloading the registration form will allow customers to fill it in and select submit again. If that's not working, please provide us with a screenshot of the form so we can see what you are all seeing. Thank you!

Hello Zoe,

thanks for your reply and assitance. Unfortunately, reloading the form did not solve the issue.  All other partecipants were able to register, so I guess it has to do with the person pc system/configurations. This is what he sees on his computer:

And this is the original form:

Best Regards,

It looks like something on their end is causing the initial welcome landing page to not display, and is sending them straight to the registration form, which might be causing some issues.

Is your person seeing this issue occur on other browsers they've tried? Does trying to access the registration link in Incognito / Private browsing let them through? If using another browser or incognito/private doesn't let them register properly, you may need to manually register the affected recipient(s).
