I paid for a template design and am displeased with what I got. There is no way to ask for revisions, to provide feedback or input into the design, nothing. This is not what I consider PROFESSIONAL service.

I have e-mailed a detailed list of problems with the template. You know, I was advised to switch from to your service. I have prepaid a year and am thinking that it was a complete waste of our funds.
