Unnecessary difficulty printing receipt for payment

Hi folks. This is a once-a-year thing, but has been going on for years. When I try to print my receipt for renewing our subscription, ConstantContact accounting (at least I think it's them) cuts off the amount paid so that it doesn't print. I don't have this problem with any other printing from screens. Help please.

It looks like you already called our general phone support, and they were able to help get you the invoice you needed. Since they weren't able to replicate the issue you're describing from their end, it may be worth checking your printer settings or general browser zoom settings to make sure it's not defaulting to a size bigger than what you're able to print.
